He represents those who have been injured, or whose family members have suffered and died as a result of improper care and treatment by doctors, nurses and other health care providers. This specifically includes cases in which the elderly or disabled have sustained serious injury or have died as a result of the negligence of care givers in the nursing home or assisted living facility setting. Many of these cases involve patient's suffering or death caused by falls, dehydration and malnutrition, and pressure ulcers.
