Robert W. Lamb is one of the lead attorneys in Perrotta, Cahn & Prieto's robust nursing home division and is experienced with every aspect of the nursing home case. He litigates cases in which the elderly or disabled have sustained serious injury or have died as a result of the negligence of care givers in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Many of these cases involve patient's suffering or death caused by falls, dehydration and malnutrition, pressure ulcers, and other preventable injuries.

Mr. Lamb's legal career has spanned nearly two decades, the first two-thirds of which were spent representing defendants in civil lawsuits at the behest of insurance companies. This affords him unique perspective in evaluating and litigating cases on behalf of individuals and their families, something he has done exclusively for many years.

Mr. Lamb is a 1991 graduate of Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. He received his A.B. Degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1988. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, and in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court where he has an extensive appellate practice. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and in the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Lamb is also admitted in the state of Tennessee.
