MICHAEL A. PRIETO: I think it's very easy for me to say that we're fighters. And it's very easy to be fighters because we believe in what we do. We've been fortunate enough to work with some of the brightest medical minds in our state and in the country. This has enabled us to gain an appreciation for the very unique issues facing residents of long-term care facilities.

If the loved one is still alive and a resident of the facility, we can make a difference in the care they receive. It's also very important to contact a lawyer if your loved one has passed and is no longer a resident of that facility.
